Palindrome: Taco Cat

I am such a fan of palindrome words and statements. The word "palindrome" is from Greek and means "running back again," the idea being that a palindrome reads the same both forwards and backwards. See Wikipedia for all kinds of examples, and see also this previous post about word-unit palindromes.

And for today's palindrome........ it's TACO CAT. :-)
