Vulcan (equivalent to the Greek god
Hephaistos). Vulcan was the god of fire and metallurgy, and
Mount Etna was Vulcan's forge.
Vulcan is also the name of a planet in the world of
Star Trek, with Mister Spock being the most famous of the Vulcan characters.
